新疆一枝蒿药材双波长HPLC指纹图谱的研究

中文摘要:建立新疆一枝蒿药材双波长HPLC指纹图谱的测定方法,为药材质量标准提升提供科学依据。采用HPLC法,安捷伦ZORBAX SB-C18 (250×4.6 mm, 5 μm) 色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.2%甲酸水梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温32 ℃;进样量20 μL;检测器:DAD;检测波长245 nm和325 nm。建立了新疆一枝蒿的HPLC指纹图谱,分别确定了7个和8个共有峰,并确证了5个色谱峰,9批次新疆一枝蒿药材与生成对照指纹图谱的相似度大于0.9。首次建立了新疆一枝蒿药材双波长HPLC指纹图谱,所建立的指纹图谱测定方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,可用于新疆一枝蒿药材的鉴别和质量控制。

HPLC Dual-wavelength fingerprint of Artemisia rupestris L
Abstract:To establish HPLC dual-wavelength fingerprint of Artemisia rupestris L, and provide a scientific basis for the improvement of its quality standards. The separation was performed on a chromatographic Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (250×4.6 mm, 5 μm), with methanol-0.2% formic acid-water gradient elution, at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Column temperature was maintained at 32 ℃ . Injection was 20 μL and the detection wavelength was 245 nm and 325 nm. The fingerprint of Artemisia rupestris L was estabished . 7 and 8 common peaks were identified, respectively, of which 5 common peaks were identified, and the similarity among 9 batches of Artemisia rupestris L and the fingerprints of control was over 0.9. The HPLC dual-wavelength fingerprint of Artemisia rupestris L was established for the first time, providing a new scientific basis for the identification and quality control.
