基于“代谢记忆”的糖尿病并发症发生机理及治疗药物研究进展

中文摘要:近年来,糖尿病及相关并发症的发病率不断上升,在各年龄层次中均呈现出全球性的健康问题。高糖代谢记忆是影响糖尿病并发症发生的重要因素。代谢记忆指的是即使得到良好的血糖控制,糖尿病并发症仍然持续发展的现象。目前,代谢记忆仍然是有效管理糖尿病并发症的主要障碍,仅通过药物控制血糖水平并不能同时防治糖尿病相关的多种并发症发生。因此,了解其介导糖尿病并发症发生的分子机理,有助于对预防和消除“代谢记忆”效应进行更深入的研究。本文将对受代谢记忆影响的相关糖尿病并发症、代谢记忆介导糖尿病并发症发生的分子机理以及预期的治疗药物进行综述,为防治代谢记忆的进一步研究提供依据。

Research on Metabolic Memory's Influences on Diabetic Complications and Its Treatment Strategies
Abstract:In recent years, the incidence rates of diabetes and its relevant complications keep rising. Global health problems take place in populations at all ages. High-glucosemetabolic memory is an important factor that can influence the diabetic complications. Metabolic memory refers to the phenomenon that even if the blood glucose is well controlled, complications of diabetes will keep developing. At present, metabolic memory is still a major obstacle hindering the effective control of diabetes, controlling blood sugar level solely by drugs can not stop the happening of multiple diabetic complications. Therefore, understanding its molecular mechanism of mediating diabetic complications can help the further study of preventing and eliminating the “metabolic memory” effect. In this thesis, an overview contains relevant diabetic complications influenced by metabolic memory,the molecular mechanism of metabolic memory mediating diabetic complications and prospective treatment drugs was given, which provides basis to the further research on prevention and cure of metabolic memory.
