DNA自组装纳米笼用于药物递送系统的研究进展

中文摘要:DNA纳米笼是由合成的多条DNA寡核苷酸链通过碱基配对、相互杂交自组装形成的纳米级三维多面体结构,作为一种极具潜力的纳米药物载体,因其具有结构稳定、生物相容性好、易于穿透细胞膜、纳米空腔易于载药等优点而越来越受到关注。本文针对DNA纳米笼的结构特性、合成方法、靶向修饰、及其在纳米药物载体、生物成像、体外诊断和材料科学等方面的应用进行了综述。

Advances in research on self-assemblied DNA nanocages as drug delivery systems
Abstract:DNA nanocage is a nanoscale three-dimensional polyhedral structure formed by self-assemblied oligonucleotide strands by base pairing. As a potential nano-drug carrier, it has a stable structure, good compatibility, and it is easy to penetrate the cell membranes. Also, it has nano-cavity which is a good drug carrier. Because of these, it has received more and more attention. In this paper, we reviewed the structural characteristics, synthetic methods and targeted modification of DNA nanocage, and its application in drug carriers, biological imaging, in vitro diagnosis and materials science.
